Alpha-glycerophosphocholine crosses the blood-brain barrier readily, raising acetylcholine availability. Used as a nootropic and pre-workout for power output. Acetylcholine drives motor unit recruitment.
Dose: 300-600mg, in the morning or pre-workout.
Caveats: Very high doses (1g+) have been weakly associated with stroke risk in observational data. Stick to 300-600mg.
