N-Acetyl Semax is the acetylated derivative of Semax, the synthetic heptapeptide developed from ACTH(4-10).

Mechanism — Upregulates BDNF and NGF, enhances dopaminergic tone, and modulates the melanocortin system. The acetylation extends half-life and improves intranasal/oral bioavailability versus base Semax.

Use case — Cognitive demand, focus-heavy work blocks, recovery from concussion or stroke (investigational). Typical nasal dosing 200-500 mcg/day, used in cycles.

Caveats — Investigational. Stacking with stimulants can over-amplify dopaminergic tone. Cycle to avoid adaptation; the acute response is the value.
