Notes
IM (1 ml luer) is the historical standard. Subcut works for most and is less awkward.
Cypionate half-life ≈ 8 days. EOD or 2×/wk smooths the peaks compared to weekly.
Check free T at trough, not peak. Adjust dose at 6 – 8 week intervals.
Rotate sites. Aspirate. Same time-of-week if dosing weekly.
